Independent Learning & Career Resource Hub: Opportunity Navigation for Cabo Verde

Context
Learning, career, English, digital skills, and opportunity resources exist, but they are scattered, time-sensitive, and not always easy for students or young adults to act on.
Role
Designed and launched an independent, mobile-first Learning & Career Resource Hub to organize current opportunities, trusted learning platforms, English resources, digital skills pathways, and practical next steps.
Tools built
Resource directory, category filters, saved-resource tools, verification language, QR-access planning, and launch QA workflow.
Boundary
Independently curated. Not an official American Spaces, U.S. Embassy, UniCV, Government of Cabo Verde, TechPark CV, Skodji Digital, or listed-provider platform unless clearly stated and approved.
Next iteration
Digital skills, AI literacy, opportunity verification, current learning opportunities, and outreach/QR launch support.
